Company Founder Alex Goldstein Returns to Management Team; Board Moves to Leverage Goldstein's Experience in Financial, Credit Industries to Seize Market Opportunities

Goldstein, who co-founded Configuresoft and served as its original CEO from 1999 to mid-2006, has more than 25 years of executive management experience in software, manufacturing, oil, gas and mining, and financial services. Prior to his return as CEO, Goldstein served on the Configuresoft board of directors. Mr. Goldstein replaces Mark Ruport, who previously held the CEO role.

Having just closed the largest deal in company history and closed the books on a record year, Configuresoft's board unanimously selected Goldstein to lead the company in a proactive strategy designed to leverage his knowledge and experience in the financial and credit industries coupled with his extensive background in shaping the company that Configuresoft is today. In the face of troubling issues plaguing these industries, and the potential for new compliance mandates that may accompany any government-backed economic stimulus package, the Configuresoft board expects that Goldstein's expertise in these areas will enable the company to meet the evolving configuration and compliance needs of the financial sector.

Goldstein has managed both domestic and international businesses, provided consulting services for start-ups and publicly traded companies, and held senior management positions at British Petroleum, and a top-ten banking institution. Goldstein earned a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor or Arts from New College in Sarasota, Florida.
